As you'd imagine, the poor son of a bltch grew up there. He's been down here 25 years but he's stuck with their teams for life.

He's got the Cavs and Indians. That's something to celebrate.

What's amazing about the Browns is how bad they've always been at QB. I've watched the NFL since the mid 70's and the only decent QB they've had in that span was Bernie Kosar

Brian Sipe for a season or two was pretty top level.

You guys have heard me bltch about how much I hate listening to Mike Greenberg before, but I swear to you, there cannot be worse radio than the Doc and Heather show here in Knoxville.

In the day and age of podcasts/satellite radio/etc. I don't understand why anyone would still listen to terrestrial radio anymore. Other than listening to an NFL game, I can't think of the last time I had an actual radio station on.

Ah, the First Quarter. It really is the worst. The show was a lot better during football season because Heather was on maternity leave and the guy who is now the co-host with Ainge filled in. He would kind of keep Doc in check when he'd start with a bunch of nonsense, plus Jeff Jacoby was still on the show. Then Heather came back and Jeff died right around Christmas, and they've reached an all time low. The only saving grace is when Ainge got his show, they shortened the morning show by an hour.

We listen to sports talk on the radio at work because the company trucks don't have any other audio options. I guess it's better than any of the 10 country stations that pretty much comprise the rest of Knoxville radio.

Gotcha, that makes sense. I guess I just automatically assume that every vehicle at least has an aux input at this point but yeah, a work vehicle not having one isn't shocking.

They are both horrible. Yesterday, Doc could not remember if Marquez North was still on the team or not. I turned it off for good after that.
