Nice of the refs to ignore that goal tend at the end. But yeah, two weekends in a row with an massive second half collapse/choke in a must win game and weak competition. So disappointing.

Hubbs was only 3 out of 13 shooting today. There's a common theme to these losses.

I thought Ken Hitchcock was done 10 years ago. There's no sport that recycles its retread coaches quite like hockey.

I'm pretty confident that the Caps are the best team in the league for the second year in a row. They are not just beating people, they are beating the **** out of people. They're even better this year than last year. And yet I'm 100 percent sure they're going to lose in April again, probably to the Penguins again. I'm not even happy about how well the team is playing because I know what's going to happen in a couple of months. Sports is stupid.
