I still have a terrible 19 inch Zenith that Mrs Verc and I bought in 1993 sitting downstairs. Because that's the TV on which I watched the UT win the championship, the Braves win the World Series, the Falcons win an NFC championship game, and the Capitals get to the Stanley Cup Finals. Next time one of my teams plays for a title I'm hauling it back out.

Gah, those are brutal. I get it, but they are brutal.

Although, I sort of like them more than high-level basketball sometimes... When 17 very specific things need to go right for a team to score, it's exciting when it happens.

These kids play on a 7' goal, they rarely dribble, pass even less, when they do they pretty much just lob it into a cluster of kids. It's terrible.

I wouldn't have the patience to coach them. Oh and there's only 2 teams in this league, they play each other for every game. Thankfully it's almost over and he wants to play tee-ball but he's 4 and i don't think he can until he's 5.
