As I said the other night....it's not impossible to come back from 3-1 in hockey. I've seen the Caps blow it two or three times by themselves in the last 20 years.
Tons of pressure on the Blackhawks in game 6. And they're not going to know whom to start in goal.
I think the uncertainty in goal is HUGE. Much like our own QB situation in the past few years, you can see what it does not knowing who's the man.
Boys, I have no voice. Yelled in the Blckhawks' Fan's face next to me all 3rd period til he got pissed off and left. Lost my cheap Preds hat to King Filip and am about to get beautiful. Long live King Filip and God Bless the Preds
I don't think you have anything to worry about on the Hawks front. Brooklyn has no shot.
Not sure if you've seen any of the first two games but the Hawks have no way to stop Brook Lopez if Brooklyn wants to feed him. It's a good thing that Lionel Hollins is a crappy basketball coach because otherwise they might exploit that more.
I wouldn't exactly call myself worried yet but Brooklyn has better odds than "no shot." Both games so far have been in doubt with a couple minutes left to play.
As I said, I'm not worried; I just don't think it's a foregone conclusion yet.
That game will spend more time on the smaller screen though. Hockey up front with game 6. Islanders with their backs to the wall, in an already bloody series, playing in potentially the last game ever in the only arena they've ever played in before the team moves to Brooklyn. The Caps are going to get hit with a freight train.
