Bray prepped in California and arrived at Tennessee to much ballyhoo. As a junior last year, he threw for 17 TDs and six interceptions but completed just 59.4 percent of his passes. He fires the deep out like the pros do, but footwork lapses and forced passes limited his career. His mobility is below average, but should improve with improved fundamentals.

Sophomore year...34 TDs last year. His completion percentage still blew.

edit: And Bray's mobility is ok given his body type and QB style.
