Was Dusty short for Dustin Diamond? Screech had his own baseball game?

Dusty Diamond's All-Star Softball.

Don't you read good? lol

If you're unfamiliar with the game, it was all elementary school kids. You picked your players, so you always had a different roster. Players had special skills or tools. One kid had a spiked club for a bat. Others could run really fast or jump/fly and catch any flyball. The fields you played on had different features and/or obstacles and different rules. It was a lot of fun.

I was being sarcastic but I did miss the softball part lol.

The Following is really good.

Idk if you guys knew but 50's Vol great Hank Lauricella passed away this afternoon.

He's #27 in the picture below. He was probably the third best Vol player from the olden days, after Doug Atkins and Johnny Majors. He played so long ago that even my dad was too young to remember seeing him play. It seems like it's from medieval times, yet those guys climbed up and down the Hill and sweated class out in those ancient buildings just like I did. I wish there was better (any?) video of the teams from that era.

At some point UT should have had a ceremony to retire #27 and had Lauricella and Al Wilson out there on the field together. Too bad we didn't.
