Braves Top 5 prospect J.R. Graham had a no hitter through 5 IP before he was pulled.

@mbraves: J.R. Graham is done for the night: 5 IP, 0 H, 1 BB, 3 K ... No score after 5 complete in game one of tonight's doubleheader #mbraves

Other than Kentucky losing, man the college game is bad. This is coming from one of it's biggest fans...

The difference in quality between men's and women's college basketball is a lot smaller than it used to be. And it sure as hell isn't because the women's game has gotten any better.

Cowherd talks all the time about there being no finishers in college ball, everyone wants to shoot jumpers and 3's. Just like women's ball.

There aren't that many "finishers" to begin with, even in the NBA. Since anyone who shows any real NBA-quality scoring ability in college goes pro at the end of the season, in any given college season you've got 300 teams with maybe two dozen players total between them with any real talent for getting themselves to the rim and scoring, and half of those guys are raw freshman who spend half the season figuring out how to put their shoes on. I doubt college players shoot so many jumpers because they want to; they shoot jumpers because the vast majority of them aren't skilled and athletic enough to do much else.

Ok maybe i didn't mean they want to shoot as much as i meant they have to because nobody can get to the rim. And that is for all the reasons you said.
