I don't get Titans fans, for one I am not sure why you all care so much about why certain fans are fans of a team. What does it matter to you? Not that I care what any of you think but I can guarantee I will be a Colts fan no matter what, if Luck is a bust or if they decided to trade the pick it does not matter to me. I am a Colts fan, not a fan of any certain player. I know the next few years could be painful but I will be wearing my Colts gear around Middle Tennessee no matter what.
And like I have said many times, I know some on here are fans of the Colts just because of Peyton but what's the difference in that and being a fan of a team just because they play in the same state in which you live? And it's not like they have been here for a very long time.
Titans fans aren't the only fans that feel that way. There are fans of every team, all over the country that don't respect jumping from team to team. If you started out a 49ers/Montana/Young/Rice fan, switched to the Patriots/Tom Brady and then switched to the Saints/Brees etc. You've now watched "your team(s)", all three of them, win the Super Bowl. How would that be meaningful? That would defeat the purpose for most fans.

And question, you ask why I or any other fan should care, why not? Why should anyone care about sports at all? They're just meaningless games that we take seriously enough to spend time and money on just to watch. We enjoy sports so much we can sit here and waste time talking about it. In the end, the only gratification I get is watching them win. If I care enough to waste time and money on a pointless hobby, there is no reason to question why someone would dislike bandwagon fans. It's part of the territory that goes along with caring about a game at all. Someone obviously cared enough about bandwagon fans to create the term. It's not just Titan fans that dislike bandwagon fans. It's every single fan who spends 20+ years cheering for the same team.
