Auburn is outrebounding them and beating them in the paint. What we did second half vs Mississippi is exactly what needs to be the game plan Saturday night. Alabama is not very good in the paint, and we should be able to get it to Stokes and Maymon all night, and outrebound them especially on the offensive side. Releford is a very good guard, and shoots it OK, but he won't go off like Henderson did Wednesday. I also now believe Thompson needs most of the minutes at guard, he sees the floor, has a better handle, and has more length on the defensive side of the ball, and rebounds. Losing this game would be an awful loss.

Hope they get him

The problem is that he's going to win wherever he ends up. And imagine how obnoxious Basketball Bammers would be.

Since there's almost zero chance of him coming back to Knoxville, I obviously want him in Auburn. That would be perfect. Auburn fans really want a good basketball team right now

And a true VFL would never want bama to have him.

True VFLs wouldn't actively root for CCM to lose with the delusional hope that Bruce Pearl makes a triumphant return to UT.

True VFLs aren't as overtly concerned about Bruce Pearl as much as they are the University of Tennessee, and true VFLs can see that both can exist independent of each other.

But we have too many BFLs amongst our fanbase who claim to be VFLs.

Will it suck to see him coaching elsewhere? Sure it will, because it will be a reminder of what could have been. In the meantime, people need to get over the idea that he's coming back here until it happens.

Haha...hardly, but keep trying to convince yourself that I'm sold, all-in on Cuonzo Martin as our head coach for many years to come. You know better than that, but I'm not shocked it's your only defense, in spite of it's ridiculousness.

A true VFL would never work for Bama

When the supposed VFLs Cheek and Hart won't get by their personal pride to entertain the possible return of CBP despite the majority of the fan base, then I wouldn't blame him for going anywhere he wanted. You know that VFL thing is a two way street? Also, I couldn't blame him if he had a chance to rub the UT administration's collective noses in his shart if he had the chance too!

Cannot get enough likes, IMHO.

Hart's pride cost us Gruden and will cost us CBP 2.
