Auburn up big on Bama, Bama is must win

Auburn is outrebounding them and beating them in the paint. What we did second half vs Mississippi is exactly what needs to be the game plan Saturday night. Alabama is not very good in the paint, and we should be able to get it to Stokes and Maymon all night, and outrebound them especially on the offensive side. Releford is a very good guard, and shoots it OK, but he won't go off like Henderson did Wednesday. I also now believe Thompson needs most of the minutes at guard, he sees the floor, has a better handle, and has more length on the defensive side of the ball, and rebounds. Losing this game would be an awful loss.

Looking over the schedule, the absolute worst this team 'should' do is 21-10(12-6). That's taking into consideration they lose to Mizzou twice and UF again. The rest of them are beatable at home or on the road if they play like they can. If this team gets less than 21 wins regular season it will be highly disappointing. I'm certainly hoping for a little better since we get Mizzou/UF at home. 22-9 would be good, 23-8 even better. But like some have said, we don't piss away the UTEP's, NCST and A&M's and we're at 16 wins now looking at a different scenario.

Thought you liked Reese and his Puerto Rican national team performance?
Thought he should get a chance to prove himself.
Now that he's forgotten how to rebound, don't think he'll play much.
I'm not a big fan of trying to turn 3s into 4s.
Don't think it will work with Davis either.
He'd make a match up nightmare for other 3s, but can't see him being effective at the 4.

Even though Auburn beat them by 19-20, unless I see UT deal on them the way they should, and beat them even worse, I don't want to hear about what they will do, or can do. It's become what they should do.
