I think he was asking about two in the same class. Not sure if UT has pulled that off.

Can't believe Hathaway was a mcd's AA. He struggled in pickup games against non college players when he was in college

The injury his freshman year really destroyed any potential he ever had. He was a giant body and had tremendous potential. Never developed after the injury though.

I thought the most UofL ever offered was a chance to walk on.

I thought they offered a scholly early on, but he strung them along and they offered him the walk-on position later. It's been a long time now, so I may be off on the particulars.

I think Pitino actually admitted when asked by reporters later on that he made a mistake by not offering Lofton.

Wasn't Lofton Mr. Basketball in Kentucky? I find it hard to believe he wasn't recruited heavily, that dude could shoot the lights out.

Yeah it was hard to believe also when I first heard it, but it is the truth! Kentucky didn't even recruit him and he was from Kentucky!

Vincent Yarbrough actually went to my high school I was a freshman when he was a junior and he was the #1 junior in the nation and the #2 player his senior year and look how far that got Tn NOWHERE! So just because your this almighty recruit you still have to have a team of players willing to learn, know they role, and have a will to want to win!! I think we will be pretty good for the next few years CCM has this team really believing!!

Yea I think he was talking about 2 in the same MCD game, not same Tennessee team.

Would be awesome, and great for the program, plus Hubbs in the dubk contest.
