Yes and its available on Xbox 360 and probably PS3. (Not sure about the latter) I watched pretty much every game on my Xbox last year.

No, there will be no more PPV games after this season. All those games will be on the new network.

Was coming here to say this. The whole reason for the SEC Network is for Tier 3 rights which are all the PPV games for the teams in the SEC.

Just tell your friends/family that you are ordering the game on pay-per-view, then split the cost amongst everyone. It's cheap that way and you get to party with everyone and have a good time.
