I'm a full member with them and carry some credit products but haven't checked on their insurance. I assume you are satisfied with them?

Seriously? Their insurance is the best product they offer

What auto insurance do you have?

I have State Farm. But I'm in need for insurance for the farm If the rates are considerably better may change all my other over as well. Don't get me wrong, I like State Farm but my agent isn't licensed for Oklahoma so I really have no choice.

Ob, you should switch tomorrow USAA, is top notch

I think you need to be a dependent of a member to get your foot in the door.

Or son in law of a member. Pentagon was the easiest to get in to. Next to navy federal.

Usaa has been good to us though. ( credit products-no insurance yet) I am calling them though Monday based on referrals from here.

When it comes down to it, there are a number of A rated insurance companies that most anybody would be fine with. Just a matter of where you are and what the price is. I'd say it's a lot more important to have a good agent.

I used to have Nationwide and they raised my rates for no reason, said it was my car in the area, but yet they were by far more expensive than any others that I got quotes from. I switched to State Farm a year ago and have had no problems. After the wedding I will go on with Kevins plan with USAA.

That is how Kevin has it. I can't remember, but it is NC and one other state that says if you offer insurance, you have to offer it to everyone. I tried when I moved to NC, but it wasn't full protection.

I use Auto Owners too, got it through a local agent. If you have a clean driving record over the last 5 years (I think) you're eligible for it. Really good rates

I'm an agent. For those of you that have USAA, never leave them. Trust me.

To the rest of you, choose based on claims not on price. You'll thank me later.

You got it via your son-in-law?

No. I am the son in law. Father in law is retired army and navy. My dad is retired marine. Opens a lot of doors for me in to the better banks and credit unions.

That's pretty cool. I've wanted to go independent ever since I got into it. Do you have a general rating tool or do you have to go into individual raters to find the premiums of all the different companies?
