Of course they do! But if you have your number of wr’s for that year committed, you don’t keep offering wr’s unless you think one or more may flip. You always evaluate and build relationships as a backup plan but you don’t keep giving commit-able offers.

We were gonna let him but he demanded more money that spyre and the staff thought a wr was worth, again 7 figures over 4 years Is outrageous for a wr, now nico Is money well spent

Pretty much. These guys aren't going to be able to base $$ off what Nico is rumored to get. QB's will always get the big $ and be the face of the team.
Kinda sucks if he told everyone he was in but it is what it is.

Another thing these guys need to look at is if they plan to go to the next level, if you go to school X because they're offering more NIL than school Y but school Y also gives you a better chance of show casing yourself and getting to the next level and getting bigger money. Which do you do? Short term goals or long term goals..
