Back to the 60s, Police beating college students

We are talking here my guy based on the topic and current events. No sidebar needed when the stance was those enjoying the campus protest freedoms don’t enlist.

Nice Jeff Daniels “The Newsroom” answer

You seem like the kind of person who needed that monologue to realize that we aren't the only free country on earth.

Your stance that the military is mostly responsible for our freedom is still ridiculous. It makes me feel pity.

Where did I say “mostly”? The stance was those protesting in the name of freedom, won’t enlist.

When's the last time our freedom needed defense on behalf of our military?
Looks like 1781 for most and 1945 for Hawaiians, Alaskans and Pacific Islanders, although that raises the question of how much freedom those last groups had to lose then.
Some would say 1815 but I don't think Britain would have tried to reassimilate us if they won.

They secured the freedoms to enjoy. Feel free to test the theory elsewhere. What’s your answer, politicians/bureaucrats? Stance was, those protesting won’t be the ones signing up to defend. Help me out, if on campus activist have a strong military background.

When was the last time you enjoyed it? Time stamp says 7:12pm EST

Thanks Military

Can't really walk back a dumb statement when you make it multiple times.

When in your lifetime has the US military ever fought a war that was protecting our freedoms? If anything, with each passing year, we're seeing our freedoms diminish as we engage in more of these conflicts.
One has nothing to do with the other.

Context seems to be missing on those answers. Noticed you left the questions out.
Lol. You realize people can click on the arrow, jump back to the original post, and see the context, right?

I’m now super interested to learn how he did you dirty by leaving out that you picked the military in a multiple choice between them and the creator. Can you explain that?

WTF? People calling for peace should enlist in the military?

War is peace/peace is war?

If they were protesting for us to go to war, then your comment might have made more sense. People calling for war should absolutely be ready to enlist.

Not sure defacing property is peace.

Everyone should know what this is really about, these "students" want to be a part of a Civil Rights kind of movement for the glory around it and so they are trying to find a cause, even if it is suspect, so that they can have their great mark. It is all about ego and not about really trying to do causes.

Someone once pointed out this psychology also revolves around the defacing of statues as they are jealous of the historical impact of the people on these statutes and that they don't have the chance to live up to that impact.

They are just desperate to have a place in history for their own hubris.

Wait... an NYPD office in Tel Aviv? Oh, she is Mossad. WOW...

It's kind of amazing, right? Regarding the student protests:

- We got lies, deception, and misrepresentation from the media and establishment.
- We have funding for counterprotests.
- We've caught counter-protesters agitating posing as protesters screaming things like "Kill All Jews!"
- We have intelligence agents working at the universities undermining the protesters.

Of course conservatives don't care. It's not that they don't care....they oppose and/or despise the student protesters. They only care when alt right groups are treated this way. You'd think the student protesters are stumping for abortion or something like that...nah, they just have a problem with our ally killing 30k civilians is all.

A horseback psychologist treats us to his interpretation of the motives of the protesters.
