They will not win games against better teams unless their guards/wings can consistently score from beyond the arc and open up the middle for Graves/Russell. Russell lacks the aggression of a player like Izzy and cannot take over a game. Graves is their best player, and she cannot operate in traffic.

Diamond and Te'a clearly think they are better than they are, and it shows in their play, attitude and shot selection.

I fear you may be right.

After reading about his past at Alabama and his tenure here, I don't think he has much concern or respect for women. Unfortunately this probably extends to how he feels about the Lady Vols.

As for our coach, I don't want her fired. I want her to be a leader and coach, instead of their best friend. You don't see McGraw or Geno with this attitude. If she can't do that, then she needs to step down, not be fired.

If that attitude is used correctly to motivate, push for excellence, raise the standard of play, gives us an edge, a swag, then its a good thing.

Yes, I think you're right our expectation were high. But they have been adjusted. lol She is still getting into shape, but you don't walk, pout, and give up points to pout after you have decided to just do your own thing. Take this lost and criticism like a big gurl cos it was visible. WE all saw it, we are knowledgeable fans.

Nared is still getting into shape, Russell still rounding into shape, thats whom I would build my team around those three but if she is too injured to play defense, and press cos she's in pain, she shouldn't be playing.

I thought Gray was the better player her freshman too, but I thought Russell and Diamond had the most upside of anyone in their class.

Mavunga is better than both Graves and Russell, but Russell will take a huge step after the season. You can see her getting better!

Graves is liability and Holly knows it. But did not address that issue in 2016 with 0 recruits. I have said from day 1 she is overrated , under size and has limited offensive ability trying to play the 4. How many times did she get her shot stuffed last night ?
