On our lunch breaks back in the day we would watch a movie..like 45 minutes of one at a time. Anywho, one of my co-workers who actually has a movie critic blog came in with Dog Soldiers and said it was the greatest werewolf movie of all time....May be the worst movie ever made. He never lived it down and we requested he stop being a blogging movie critic

That's interesting since it in fact is considered one of the best of it's genre. Carries a 6.9 IMDB rating and 78/79% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It does in fact top several "best" werewolf lists.

Of course, all this does is point out how radically different people's views of the same movie can be.

not even remotely close. it's actually a pretty well liked movie.

He was also great in Grosse Pointe Blank as the coked out guy who wants to fight John Cusack and ends up reading him poetry in the hallway.

Big John Cusack fan growing up. He's had some snoozers. This one was underrated. Managed to get his humor,music and sisters included. One of the last projects he did with Jeremy Piven...his childhood buddy that he broke with after Piven got success in Entourage.
