Bad Films That You Actually Enjoyed

Do the Fletch movies count as bad? I liked both of them and was hoping that they would make Fletch Won with a new lead one day...I always enjoyed the books and think it is a good series that would work well today with the right talent

If you're talking about Fletch Lives then yeah...it was bad. And I REALLY wanted to like it. Forced jokes that fell flat trying to recreate the first. I believe this is when Chevy Chase was skiing up to the shark. (Nothing But Trouble is when he faceplanted). Fletch was great and Siskel&Ebert stated that was Chevy's best movie.

I didn't realize they liked the first one so much. Another of his lessor known films that I enjoy is Funny Farm

Chevy was on Carson with them when he was promoting Three Amigos. They bashed that and then declared that about Fletch. Funny Farm was great. That was why I said Chevy skiied UP TO the Shark...FF was the ramp.

Being election season, I tossed in the movie "Swing Vote" last night. I think Kevin Costner is one of the most under appreciated actors in the fact he tends to be categorized into very serious and sober roles. But when he get to play a "normal guy" like he did in this as well as "Tin Cup," he pulls it off magnificently.

Is that really Cudlitz?? :eek:lol:

He always played the dumb bully or heavy in pretty much everything. Then after Bull Randleman in Band of Brothers, he took off. Loved him as John Cooper on Southland.
