Bad look for the playoff committee so far [updated]

Id rather had played and won in the pop tart bowl then get blown out this bad! I did say I was just happy to be in this thing but not with a showing like this I’m not

Stupid as hell.

I’d rather lose 100-0 in this game then win a meaningless bowl game.

We all have our opinions

That’s like saying you wish Peyton’s senior year we won Citrus Bowl instead of getting our ass kicked by Nebraska in the Orange Bowl.

What good is winning a bowl game that nobody cares about? A participation trophy?

welp... only bright side i see is that after getting our shnit pushed in, at least ole miss/sakerlina/bama didn't get in because one (if not both) would probably have advanced against ND and PSU.

You clearly didn’t see the trophy for the poptart bowl . But sure getting raped in prison is better than getting a handy by a ugly chick

Not even remotely a good comparison.

More like instead of playing the best high school team and risking an ass kicking, you go play the junior varsity and pretend you did something.

Strength Of Schedule is definitely starting to reveal itself... —Something that needs considerably more emphasis in future playoff seeding.

Call it “home-field advantage” or whatever…. But, even with a couple of late scores, It was pretty obvious that Indiana & SMU didn’t belong in the CFP.

— They fell behind early & often. And frankly, the games were both ugly & boring to watch.

I really expect to see the same thing from Clemson; ; Boise State; & even Arizona State, as well. - But you never know….

Oh well - At least they didn’t put Bama in there!

Sadly spoken too soon. Tennessee looked worse than either of those teams. The whole team should have to walk home after that performance.

I can see and respect both sides of this debate

There should not have been 5 SEC teams in. If Bama wanted in, maybe they should have tried not getting their **** pushed in by Vanderbilt and Oklahoma. Had they gotten in, they would have had 2 of the worst 3 losses in the field.
So you believe Indiana and SMU are better than Ole Miss and Alabama. I don't.
