what possible reason is there to go to new york to interview candidates?
If I'm correct, which I believe I am.
Due to the fact UT is a state university they have to follow state laws.
1. Job has to be open at least 10 days. That means the earliest they could announce would be the 29th of Nov.
2. Has to give minimum of 3 interviews.
There is no way around either it's state law.
Truly think you are confused....
We will not start to recruit without a coach designated....
Recruiting starts tomorrow, so waiting 2 weeks is not a good option.
Control is a screen.....but not an issue. There is nothing to control unless it is in areas outside of NCAA regs...which is not going to happen....
Where did you get this info in the Skybox? East or West....
In the Stands? Which yard line....at the pregame reception for alumini? Are you posting at the Game? Where did you hear this information? Was it on a curb?
Let us know so at least we can determine the validity of your conversation.
Radio does not count.....you are adding tidbits....

Cmon man really? lol: I passed along information I was told. Whether it is valid or not I really can't say. This was an older gentleman and I see no reason for him to lie. If it turns out to not be true then great we got our guy. If it turns out to be true then I will be a bit upset. We'll all know soon enough....
