If the police are withdrawing and giving the areas over to the rioters the city will burn. At some point there needs to be a curfew and a state of emergency declared.

Wrong. Scientific studies have dispelled the myth that strange behavior is more prevalent on nights with a full moon.

Have you noticed that nobody is saying anything about obey the police, don't run, don't resist , I do like the strategy about just letting them tear up there own neighborhood and be idiots but I truly hope they get no assistance in rebuilding , let the idiots suffer their own destruction
