Bama radio claims noise piped in at Neyland

“Second-and-16 is not what you’re looking for, especially with the noise level being what it is here,” Alabama play by play announcer Chris Stewart said during the broadcast. "You’ve got 100,000-plus and they also pipe in crowd noise as well.”

Former Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that "100%" Tennessee does use fake crowd noise. McCarron started at Alabama from 2011-13 with a win at UT in 2012.

You don't need piped-in noise at Neyland; trust me, I've been there enough to know my ears didn't stop ringing for 3 days. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

That's idiotic. Apparently it was his first gave in Neyland. 🤣🤣🤣

Haven't seen this one posted yet... I am sure it was due to piped in crowd noise.
He was flagged for illegal substitution but this is just a single example of the way BAMA coaches their players.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣how embarrassing is it to have a player fake an injury.....that is rich. Saban must be really pissed at that stunt.

Bammers are the sorest losers of any fanbase Ive ever seen. Worse than Ohio State fans. Mark my words they'll fire Debore next season then the spiral to mediocrity will blast off. So many of them think that they're special just like Notre Dame fans used to and they're in for a rude awakening. Couldn't happen to a more deserving group.

They really thought we'd be bad forever.

Why Debore ever took that job is beyond me - everyone knows you don't want to be the guy that follows the legend.
You want to be the guy that picks up the pieces after that guy.
He would have been better served staying in Washington and owning the B1G for a year or two.

I too would be surprised if he makes it past next season - you aren't going to post more than two three plus loss seasons with those expectations.

First off, if they were going to commit to such things wouldn’t it be so loud your ears would bleed? I know I would if I was dead set on doing such a thing.

Secondly, is this just sour grapes because Saban isn’t coming back and his choice was the wrong one?

Debor did say he knew about the tradition of the game but wouldn’t partake in the cigars had Alabama won.

And what’s with your players shooting jump shots on the 4th and 1 call?

For 70M basically guaranteed a lot of people would have taken it.

Remember you can be serviceable and be a multimillionaire

They are also beginning to say that Milroe might have been playing hurt 😂
They are just 💯 INCAPABLE of admitting that they just flat out got BEAT.
I've respected Bama & their fans for years, but now that they are slumping, it's PATHETIC to listen to these whiney, excuse-making, lame, losers not even give credit to the Vols....even to little vandie! What a disgrace, Gumps! Welcome to REALITY.

I can think of 87 million reasons he took it

He's a West Coast guy too. Football really is different in the SEC. We're the closest thing to soccer hooligans as there is and he's to laid back to survive long in Gump Land. I think he's a good coach but he really had no idea what he signed up for. Bama is probably gonna drop another game or maybe two and the knives are gonna come out.

So they broadcast this out to millions of their listeners who of course take it as gospel. Maybe in 2026 we let them know what piped in sounds like along with 100,000.
