Bama fans are not prepared at all if/when they come off this Saban run. This is the first loss since 2019, and only a handful of games since then have even been close, yet my feed is full of fans griping and mourning like somebody died.

There seems to be zero perspective by this new generation of fans. They have been spoiled beyond control and the entitlement and arrogance is thick.

Because the new generation is Saban fans, that’s it. Hell most of the millennials are Saban fans as well.

Might as well let them in. The fourth team in the playoffs is usually a sacrificial lamb anyways. The biggest exception I can think of is when the BIG XII Commissioner screwed Baylor and TCU giving tOSU the 4th spot.

The 4rh seed has won as many playoffs as the 1st seed.

I think Alabama runs the table and gets in. Their toughest game will be the SEC Championship against Georgia.

Its not just the new generation. Their play by play radio guy didnt call the game winning field goal.

Watch: Alabama announcer didn't even call the final play of loss to Texas A&M

They big time in denial, no concept of how to handle a loss.

This is very revealing. That last drive was impressive and a blatant pass interference call got them in field goal range. No acknowledgment of the accomplishment of the better team and what the achievement was, but to just bring up the monetary fine for rushing the field, before even giving the final score. To me, it's like hoping someone gets arrested for ripping the tag off a mattress. So what about the fine?.

Would John Ward have done this? No Siree.
