Bama's Dee Liner Has Cash In Hand

First, this is going to get merged, just like the other threads that got started by folks too lazy to look a little further down.

Second, your premise is pretty faulty, in that the wad of cash the guys are holding has one $100 bill on top and a bunch of twenties behind it. So, at most, it's around 1,000 bucks. And I may be overshooting it since I don't feel like trying to count the number of bills in the picture. So if Bama is buying top ranked defensive ends for $1,000 in cash, then that's on everyone else for being stingy.

Third, the other two guys aren't football players. No one seems to be completely sure who they are, but one would assume they are a couple of Liner's friends.

To your question, will the NCAA investigate a player posing with $1,000 bucks in cash? Money that he could have made working a few weeks of part time for minimum wage? No. No they won't.

That wasn't a few bucks he was holding...That was a boatload of cash...He provides no explanation on how he got that money or where he got that money...But go ahead and defend him...I'm sure an investigation will be in order...With Bama's past you can rest assured the NCAA is going to show some interest...Good luck :salute:

What do you consider a boatload? Again, there is only one $100 in the photo. The rest are twenties.

It's more cash than I like to carry on my person, but it's not an amount that would thrill me to have in my checking account.

He provides no explanation on how he got that money or where he got that money...

What explanation is needed for 1000 bucks? You'd make more than that flipping burgers after school for a couple of months.

That money has a boosters fingerprints all over it.

If the going rate for a 4 star DE is $1000, then I'm sorry you're broke. If we can get 4 star guys for $1000, I'd be pissed if Bama's boosters weren't making it happen.

In the picture on the right I see at least 3 $100 dollar bills, in the picture on the left I can see 2 $100 dollar bills at least. So i would say your estimate of $1000 is low.

Not surprising in the least from a Bama fan.

Where in the stack do you see these? One on the right clearly has a $20 following the $100, so the others must be mixed in. And your eyes must be better than mine.

Nice try. Maybe he spent most of it, maybe it's a weekly payment. Who knows besides him. I'd like to see the car he drove in high school and see what he's driving now.

We all could be wrong too, maybe he made a good drug deal.

I can dig your logic:

Bama player is flashing cash? Has to be from a booster.

It isn't very much money? Must be a fraction of a greater sum.

Any high school kid could have made that working a couple of nights a week at Wal-Mart? He's more likely dealing drugs.

I respect your efforts, so I'm not even going to argue.

I hate Bama too but you all are making us UT fans look really dumb. There's clearly 1 Benjamin in that stack of money. I hope you're all just trolling Bamawriter.

Bama is in a position now that they don't have to cheat. Now if this was a Dubose lead team, I'd have my doubts.

Still not a smart move to put pictures out there holding lots of cash. It draws the wrong kind of attention and opens everyone up to questions.
