Bang Shootie conversation

In honor of the chosen people working on taking care of business I'll show off my IWI Jericho.

This is my daily carry and one of the best firearms I own. It's also the one I trust the most. They have neat history and is still used by IDF and IDF Special Forces.

My daily is a Ruger security nine.
But I do like the way the IWI shoots. Smooth trigger pull.

My security nine is a jammer. I love my Rugers I just got a lemon with that one it seems.

I got something to show you. When I picked it up last Friday I thought of you and just haven't had a chance to post it yet. It kicked my arm off.

This is a "AYA" [Aguirre Y Aranzabal] Shotgun. Made in Spain founded in 1915 by Miguel Aguirre and Nicolas Aranzabal, who apprenticed under Eduardo Schilling who was a German gunmaker.

I am still digging to find out more about these. This one has only been shot a few times. Bore is clean like you wouldn't believe, until you send a round down range then you find out why.

Chambered in 10 gauge for 3 1/2 magnum.

Yup. I’d have slipped some sort of pad on it before I pulled the trigger. (I’m old now) but it’s very pretty. I see why you got it.

My security nine has been the most dependable gun I’ve owned.
It’s odd how that works out. That’s what I killed the coyote that charged me in my yard with

I walked into a place here in Chattanooga today. They sell trailers, antiques, have a pawn shop and sell guns. The funny thing is it shares a parking lot with the Sheriffs department.
I was there to look at a shipping container he had for sale. So I went in the gun shop while there and saw what can only be described as a travesty. Century Arms is now importing AKs in 9mm.

Trust me, If you told me I was going to buy a Ruger that jammed every other shot I would have laughed at you. Ruger is my go to if I want to try out something new to see how I like it. The stuff I taking hunting are Rugers. I just had bad luck that day.

That should be outlawed.

I just sent him a text and asked him. I might not be permitted to screenshot his answer.
