I don't disagree, except every time the right disagrees with a ruling - they claim it's the liberal judiciary imposing its partisanship. Gloating over the federal judiciary being packed with Trumps judicial appointees is what so many of his sycophants point at as one of his biggest successes thus far. What is it called when you do the thing that you blame the other side for doing?

I seriously doubt ole Kav has called Trump and asked how he should rule on matters. We have liberal judges and conservative judges on the SCOTUS. There will be a moderation of balance.

The DOJ is not a concern or within the purview of the Judicial Branch.

The left does the same damn thing when a judge appointed by a R president rules against one of their pet projects.
