On one hand they whine when a ruling doesn't go there way because of 'activist' partisanship and in the same breath cheer about Donny's vast partisan appointments.

Philadelphia US District Judge Cynthia Rufe, who serves as president of the 1,100-member Federal Judges Association, told USA Today that the group "could not wait" until a regularly scheduled April conference to discuss a "deepening crisis" involving the department and Barr. She said members called for Tuesday's meeting following Trump's criticism of the original sentencing recommendation for Stone, according to USA Today.

Pretty much falls in line with the various Trump drone parroting:

Don't like a news article? It's fake news.
Someone says you're a racist? They're a liberal elitist.
Don't want to accept a fact? Try alternative facts.
Don't like a court's ruling? The judges are biased activists.

Ultimately, Trump has a victim's mentality. Others are "out to get him". Clinical psychologists would have a field day with this nutball. Those that love Trump often share this feeling of persecution or being wronged by society somehow IMO. This is the ultimate banner that flies over the 33%.

More BS coming from the loony left wing crybabies not being able to win a Presidential election & not having or getting their loony way. Elections have consequences said the anointed one. This is nothing more than a crybaby resistant letter thinking they have some pull here to get something done which is hilarious to the DOJ at best. Just checking in to see if you loons got Bill Barr removed yet. Couldn’t get there with Trump and frankly probably helped him get re-elected. But surely you can take down an easy target like Barr right? I mean after all you’ve already got the for-cereals Contempt of Congress charge to work with!

Rufe, who was nominated by President George W. Bush, told the newspaper that the judges "are set to convene via a conference call involving 15 to 20 officers and members of the association's executive committee."

Barr's not going to be removed unless he refuses to hump Trump's leg.
All of this is just to make sure that the thinking public understands that Barr should be removed.
Same with Trump. He wasn't going to be removed, but the thinking public needed to be fully aware that he should be.

Because they, like the former prosecutors, are hyperventilating over something they've no firsthand knowledge of, despite DOJ's public statement that department leadership decided this before Trump's tweet. Before Barr's "you bet yer ass I'll testify" in March regarding it.

From the four prosecutors' filing last Monday evening, DOJ leadership met, began drafting a revised sentencing recommendation, Trump tweets, and DOJ files the revised recommendation, and the four jackals resign or are requested to resign. That all occurred by noon Tuesday.

These prosecutors and these judges displaying lack of impulse control, assuming from their bias, these are the people destroying trust in law enforcement and judiciary, not Barr. This is what reflexively biased, stupid, people do; indulge their urges without care for the cost of doing so.

No. According to DOJ's public statement, the four prosecutors' filed last Monday evening, DOJ leadership met, began drafting a revised sentencing recommendation, Trump tweets, and DOJ files the revised recommendation, and the four jackals resign or are requested to resign. That all occurred by noon Tuesday.

Barr immediately agreed to testify in March regarding.

But yet, before that can occur and with NO firsthand knowledge, and not bothering to consider DOJ's public statement regarding the decision, or the very short timeframe it all occurred within, these former-wipes and judge association go to bat over this? No wonder the justice system is such a mess with reactionaries like these pulling strings.

And with no firsthand knowledge, they're in no position to refute Barr/DOJ, so what can they possibly be right about? Eh?
They're undercutting and undermining DOJ. They're interfering in a DOJ case.

Heh. It would seem you can't see the forest through the trees. I mean, if you're really denying that Trump said he has the right to influence court cases concerning his cronies, there's not much to discuss. Given Barr's boot-licking and adherence to the principle that Presidents wield king-like power, we're f*cked.
