I’m not really familiar with this guy but I just read an article on wins and losses per each sec teams. He has the Vols sitting at 9.5 wins. With losses to Bama Georgia and Wildkitties to the north. He’s got to be crazy. I’m no expert on much of anything but I really can’t see us losing to that bunch.

He's really not bad and if you think 9.5 wins is disrespectful, it's very realistic. I'm hoping for 15-0, but we won double digit games for the first time since 2007. Let's not act like we have been unstoppable for years. Just being realistic.
If you think it "crazy" for real, bet the over.

... but it is not realistic to pick Kentucky to beat Tennessee ... what could that possibly be based on other than a biased perspective? They could only muster 6 points against us last season with Levis at QB.

IIRC he put us down last year also. That is just an opinion and you know what they say about that. He knows nothing.
I just looked it up and he picked Kentucky to beat Tennessee last year too, and also finish ahead of Tennessee in the SEC East. How did that work out? Kentucky lost at home to Vanderbilt.

Well they’ve upgraded at QB and offensive coordinator since then. And they’ll be at home off a bye week.

UK is trending off. Stoops reminds me of Fulmer at the end. He has had enough success that he thinks he just needs to "tweak" what he's doing to get over the top. Fulmer's famous line was something like, "We've won a lot of games around here doing what we're doing so we ain't changin' now." Stoops is kind of the same.... without as much talent.

USCe has enough talent to be the next level threat. If A&M gets their act together then they could be dangerous.

I think that remains to be seen at QB ... and they could have two weeks off before playing Tennessee, and I would not worry about losing to Kentucky. What is it now? 35 wins for Tennessee out of the last 38 games played since 1985? 51 wins for Tennessee out of the last 58 games played since 1965? Yeah ... the Cats have been really competitive in this series. I'm scared to death.

... and hey, maybe they can even beat Vanderbilt next season? MAYBE.

Upsets happen. Probably he sees that game as a likely upset.
Not when it comes to Kentucky beating Tennessee they don't.

Only when Tennessee is really bad ... as in 5 wins or less bad, does Kentucky ever win. The last time that Kentucky beat a Tennessee team which finished the season with a winning record was in 1984. It's a ridiculous prediction.

Wildkitties have some talent, but they are young at several places. They are putting a lot of stock into Leary, who is injury prone and coming off shoulder surgery. I don't think they'll win more than 7 games again.

Good grief people , he made 2 legitimate predictions and then a wildcard pick. Sheesh we talking about 18-23 yos. If u think they can’t crap the bed because of who knows what happening ( see 2022 usc game ) u haven’t been much watching cfb very long. It happens.
... not in the Kentucky game it doesn't.

Surprised the A to Z guy hasn't written an article about this yet. "A national CFB analyst shuns and disrespects Tennessee by picking a fierce rival to beat them." Now click here to read about it so I get paid and please repost this on message boards so I get more clicks. The more "controversy" the better.

The offseason click bait articles never fail........

On paper they have upgraded at QB. Never heard anyone mention O Learys name as a potential #1 overall pick in the draft. He has had one good year in the ultra weak ACC. Doesn’t mean he will translate to the SEC.

I find it funny that people want to run down Levis now ... and act like Kentucky has made such an upgrade. I heard so much about Levis last summer, I wanted to puke.

Here’s the deal and you may know this but chances are you lose a game you shouldn’t over the course of the season (see South Carolina). Even if you have a 90% chance to win each Saturday (outside of UGA and UA). You’d only have roughly a 20% chance of going undefeated in the rest of your games aka you lose to someone you probably shouldn’t
