Basilio mentioned... (mystery visitor)

Here is my stab in the dark guess.

I remember two years ago there was a rumor Saban was telling his commits that they weren't allowed to visit Tennessee. We were close to getting a visit from Richardson and then after that he came out and said he wouldn't be visiting Knoxville after all.

So if this is true it wouldn't surprise me if it was someone committed to Alabama.

Do coaches really play hard ball like that?

I would guess that this is a kid committed somewhere in-state. Quite often those are the guys who want to keep it quiet so they don't have to deal with the crap.

Are you familiar with Ga Tech's policy?

Once you commit to them you are not allowed to take visits to other schools, period. A kid tried that on Paul Johnson earlier this year and his offer was yanked.

Any thread based on something Basilio talks about usually turns into that due to how polarizing he is among the fanbase. Nothing new, and I seriously doubt there will be anytime soon.

If by "polarizing" you mean "he reports completely inaccurate information on his radio show on a fairly regular basis", then yes, I agree, he's polarizing.

There are words in the English language that describe a person who repeatedly says things that have no factual basis. I leave it to you guys to figure what those words are.
