Baylor DE Convicted of Sexual Assault

In the last 12 months, UT, Baylor, & Ababubba each have allowed a football scholarship athlete to transfer in who proved to have a propensity to abuse women. Each should have handled the situation better.

I do not blame Briles for letting the justice system run its course before he decided what to do with SU. SU never played a down for BU, so bamawriter's feigned indignation is a bit dramatic IMHO.

disclaimer/possible conflicts: I bleed orange, married a Baylor grad, & buck fama goes without saying.

#1. I haven't criticized Briles specifically. I am of no delusion that a head coach at a major college program handles the vetting of a transfer player. His comments were a tad ill-thought, but he is in good company there.

#2. Baylor had a legal obligation that did not allow them to wait until the judicial process played itself out. They failed in that obligation.

#3. There is nothing feigned about my indignation toward rapists and woman-beaters, nor the people who go to bat for them simply because they are good at a sport. If you doubt that, GFY.

You don't know wtf you are talking about. UT did not accept any transfers of players with a propensity to violence. The ones mentioned were on the team when they were accused and none had a prior record of violence that UT was aware of. Quit deflecting. Baylor ****ed up big time.

Yep, definitely feigned for sure now. Not one shred of evidence he knew about domestic violence or rape, so I guess bellichek is responsible for hernandez's action now.. Or butch for AJ's ... Gfym

That's what I was thinking. Who on our team came with sexual assault/rape baggage? No one to my knowledge.

Briles is lying through his puckhole. Starr is as wormy as they come. 2 questions - Why, even with this kid under indictment were they publicly saying he would be playing this fall? Why and what happened to the girls schollie? I'll tell you why - they knew - and the easy answer for the texas tards was to just make her go away.
