It really is pathetic. What Boise State did or didn't do is irrelevant as to whether or not Baylor did the right thing in dealing with this lowlife. Nothing that BSU did or didn't do caused Baylor to screw this up. Saying "Yeah we failed, but they failed first!" is not a defense. Either way BAYLOR FAILED.
Multiple UF AD employees say they were notified he was dismissed and why he was. Either both parties (UF and BU) were notified involuntarily or Muschamp and Co did their homework and pressed further.
Briles has turned into such a whiny ***** lately I take little of what he says seriously. I used to like the guy but he's got as many excuses as Saban does anymore. 😁
Results Of Baylor Investigation: We Need Another Investigation*
Baylor conducted an internal investigation into the failings of their inititial investigation. The result: "We need to do another investigation."
These clowns are pathetic. Can't wait for Bear to either ignore this bull**** or pretend it's some other school's fault.
The question is, why did "certain" UF staffers feel the need to interject?
Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

WACO, Texas Baylor University President and Chancellor Ken Starr released the following statement today, with respect to the universitys internal inquiry and next steps:
We must guarantee there is no room at Baylor University for those who would perpetrate sexual violence on our campus. I want to thank Jeremy Counseller, Professor of Law and Faculty Athletics Representative, for his judgment and guidance. After reviewing the results of his internal inquiry, I am recommending that our Board of Regents retain the services of outside counsel to investigate thoroughly these matters and recommend continued improvements. The Board plans to announce its selection of outside counsel early next week.[\QOUTE]
You don't open your books until you know they're clean. Always perform an internal audit before allowing external. Then you know what they'll find. If you find nothing then give them free reign. It can only help.
But if you find serious problems. Fix them, self report, anything but actually airing those problems to a third party or possibly public.

just like the media, that is only your characterization of it
We kicked our woman-beating transfer out of school. We didn't reduce his victim's scholarship so that she'd leave.
Glass houses, doofus.
Are you sure that's why the scholarship was reduced?
Why didn't you tell us about this:
Oklahoma State was subjected to journalistic witch hunt turned lynch mob that turned out to be a big bag of nothing. And look who authored one of the primary hit pieces: none other than Texas Monthly's little princess Jessica Luther. Why were you sitting on this info, doofus?
