Can't wait to hear the TCU / Baylor / Big-12 response.
SOS. According to ESPN last night, OSU's SOS was 9 spots better than TCU and 14 spots better than Baylor.
The playoff committee is a joke cause it's full of subjectiveness. The BCS took the bias and subjectiveness out of it and put resumes up against resumes as good as anything we've ever had IMO.
Auburn's exclusion in 2004 was the only possible miss and even that came down to SOS. The SEC has done an infinitely better job in their OOC scheduling since 2004.
ESPN. 'Nuff said. According to FBSchedules.com (which is just one of many ranking sites out there), it was TCU (30), OSU (35), and Baylor (67).
I didn't look at Sheridan, but probably should.
I'm not much of a "conspiracy theorist", but this one smells. Bad.
Go Vols.

uh...Auburn loss last year isn't hurting Bama this year. We will be in down to the wire recruiting battles with Bama in February for years to come. Cheer for the Tide if you want, just don't pretend you're doing the Vols a favor in the process.
