Brandon Knight is number 1 point guard in Nation and Ky is high on his list. So Shelby is number 2 in Nation so Ky might have their point guard in Knight. Its on Rivals and its list Ky as High for Knight along with 2 other schools

Scout is better with BBall then rivals.His name is spelled Selby to its ok, I spelled it Shelby too untill someone blasted me about it.

Pearl wants the best talent he can get, i dont believe he will pass up Selby if he can get him, because who wants to give up that kind of talent to a rival school cause he doesnt want to mess things up with a kid that is worse then J.S and already signed a LOI, if CPB can get him id best believe he would grab him! IMO

i don't like the idea of getting crazy players hyped on nothing but themselves, but i bet it's hard to find any elite athlete not in that boat these days. bottom line is i doubt Pearl or any sane coach would say "no, you can't come to UT" if it came down to it. jmo

Selby could make an immediate impact, and he would probably be a one-and-done anyways.

I'd much rather have the guards we have coming in both this class and the next. He decommitted and lost his chance, sounds like a headcase anyways which is the last thing we need. Also considering he's a one and done type guy, uninterested. May be stupid but whatever.

is this the classic decommit so everybody assumes he has a bad attitude or "baggage" or did this kid actually do something?
