My first thought was this vote shouldn't even be close. But, I'm old which led to my next thought. Most average age of people voting on this is probably somewhere around 25-30. So, that's some good love for both bands from a new generation. I'll always pick the Beatles first.

The Stones have been performing and churning out their stuff for 50 years.

The Beatles did all their writing and performing in 6 years.:good!:

I still can't imagine how Britain has produced such amazing bands such as the Beatles, Stones, and the Who all in the same decade. The Brits have some of the best music in the world.

I'm a Stones guy. Sorry but I look at the Beatles much in the same way as I look at U2. Overrated and boring!

I'll personally take The Stones 8 days a week.

But there's just no doubting the impact that The Beatles had on society. They were a cultural phenomenon with a following that bordered upon political partisan status.

I really like them both and wouldn't find one a loser in this question. But I do listen to the Rolling Stones more.

I just never have cared much for the Beatles. I have a ton of Rolling Stones on my phone.

I was told once that people who say they don't like the Beatles have never really listened to the Beatles.

You heard wrong, friend. I can say there are a handful of songs I really, really like... sadly, most of the discography (in my humble opinion) is utter crap.

A working class hero is something to be.

Dammit.

I will say that I haven't really known of any band that breaks up and had as much success with solo careers as the Beatles. They were obviously each very talented.

Awesome mash-up of the two greatest rock bands of all-time...
