Was in Ft Worth a few weeks back. Flying Saucer is an awesome place with incredible beer selection. This one was better than the one in Raleigh.

Finally got to try Deschutes, it was their White. Very good. Understand why Milo is high on them.

Also able to sample a few Alaskan Brewing Co beers. Unfortunately they did not have the Smoked Porter. Their White was better than Deschutes (sorry Milo) and their IPA was very tasty. Mild on bitterness for an IPA but rich and full bodied taste. I've gotta talk the boss into a vacation to Alaska!

Sampled some local Ft Worth stuff, fell for the marketing on Buffalo Butt beer. It was a decent Amber but finishes weak. I'm a sucker for all the marketing gimmicks.

Wow, you must have been suffering to have stooped to a German style Pils :)

Don't they have beer they make from human saliva after people chew and spit corn? You didn't try that?

Now available at our local Greenville Drive baseball games. Brewed right up the road about an hour from here in Brevard, NC area. Tasty stuff and now really fresh so you can add Happy Happy Happy :)

It was either that or one called Club. I need saw the spit beer although they did talk about it at the "real" equator site.

Eh, Deschutes is best for me when it comes to Dissident, Mirror Mirrow or Abyss. Inversion and Mirror Pond are awesome too.

Belgian Whit from Terminal Brewhouse here in Chattanooga. They are one of my favorite local places. They have some really good beer.

Hey BA, are you part of Black Abbey? I've been keeping up with their progress. The place is coming together looks like they'll be open by the end of July.

Nah, just a big fan. I'm hoping that they are every bit as good as the stuff they put out at the festivals. They were always the hit of the shows for me along with Calfkiller.

Their brewery is really coming along. The best part is I work about 2 miles from it. My work is within 3 miles of Black Abbey, Blackstone, and Yazoo.
