Dobbs threw downfield and it should have been caught and possibly a touchdown...but again Smith dropped it...also dropped the hail marry. He should not be playing WR...and next year when all the studs get here Smith will be a forgotten bad memory.:yes:

Yes CBJ is currently benefiting from a high # of legacies that'll stay but the others r my concern once the actual "best coaching staffs in the country" start to negative recruit.

And yet...in his first start 42 passes we called. Interesting. That's just facts. I fell for the CBJ press conference persona too...but his in-game has been horrific this year. I'm sorry...it just has been.

Worry a little more about your OC, and a little less about the Gray uniforms that many other teams are wearing coach...please?

Or maybe they bought in to the salesman pitch like some of the fans

Don't worry. There are plenty of coaches willing to point out the flaws in our staff to help sway them

Good thing we have so many legacy players that have vested interest in UT or it could get ugly

Shows the dedication to this program that people share.

A shame this is what they get :( They deserve better than to have a half-ass coaching hire...thank Hart for that.

If those coaches DO THEIR JOB...then the fans celebrate rather than vent. Simple concept.

Losing to Vandy back to back is the unpardonable sin. There must be some form of penance for such a transgression. Take the OC and DC to the altar (Gen. Neyland's statue) and make a sacrifice (pink slip).

Palardy? If he hits the one field goal he missed, we still lose, we kept Vandy off the board after the bad punt and calling a running rugby punt from the endzone is stupid, you can't blame him for not converting a fake field goal on 4 and 19 when the play is designed for the kicker to through across the field, across his body to the holder

I didn't know that Butch lost to Vandy in back to back seasons. I guess he really is a miracle worker if he can coach two college football teams in one year

This. I am saddened by what happened today. To a degree I think Butch "gets it". I thought the coaching "family" chemistry would be beneficial. I was wrong. Our coordinators have no business coaching at this level. Apparently none of the coaches have paid a bit of attention to the Maxim regarding the kicking game.

When a FCS team can go into an SEC stadium and win, the excuses of UT's speed, depth, lack of talent no longer hold any water. This loss and season is on the coaching staff and their ability to teach, scheme and motivate.

I really like CBJ and Thig, the remainder of the coaches, if allowed to remain, may be CBJ's downfall. Can't see him being in a better spot than Muschamp given his selection so far.

You realize they're watching these games too? I think that will have a bigger impact than some message board. There are more important things than catering to the whims of a 17 year old

The legacies will hold this class together pretty well.

I'm worried that a lot of that talent is gonna be wasted by some coaches that don't need to be here.
