I usually do an over-the-top chili on the Egg for at least one away game. Next level chili.
Menu or it doesn't exist! Been thinking about smoking my chili on the egg for an hour or so.

Update - so, the Google machine provided some recipes. Sounds like fun!

Being a noon start, opening with huevos rancheros, Scotch eggs, and BLTs on ciabatta bread. Postgame, poblano pepper tacos, pulled pork and smoked chicken and baked tomatoes with jalapenos and mozzarella cheese. Went vegetarian for weeks waiting for this.

Just saw this online and plan to try it once it get's cold. Fry a good quality hotdog in hot oil less than a minute. Set to the side.Take a rolling pin and roll out a single slice of good quality white bread until it's elongated. Cut a piece of mozzarella (perhaps another type cheese could work) about the size of the hotdog. Place it on the bread side by side with the hotdog and roll it up. Use three toothpicks to keep it in place. Take and put into an egg wash then roll it in bread crumbs. Do this another two times for 3 altogether. Then deep fry to golden brown. Great by itself, with salsa, chili, or other condiments as well. Looks wonderful haven't given it a shot yet but will.

I tried this View attachment 573830the other day. It turned out well.
Cut a dill pickle spear into quarters, roll it in thick cut bacon, squeeze cream cheese into one end and season with whatever you want. I used Meat Church Honey Hog. Smoke/grill until the bacon is done. It was a simple but fabulous appetizer.
This reminded me of one of our favorites. Take some hotdogs (highly recommend Klements from Fresh Market), split them partway open, stuff with sauerkraut, wrap them with bacon, and grill until bacon is done. Serve on bun with spicy brown mustard.

For a side, try this elevated Bush Homestyle Baked Bean recipe. Chop up some bacon and onions. Fry the bacon in the bottom of a pot until almost done, add the onions, some smoked paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper, and finish. Add some sorghum molasses, brown sugar, and bbq sauce, bring to a simmer. Dump in the can of baked beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer until ready to serve. Sorry, no measurements, depends on the size of your can of beans and taste/preference and eyeballing.

And then ruin it all with A1.

Growing up in the 70's, Dad would grill ribeyes when company came for dinner. If they asked for A1 or H57 (or we'll done), he grilled hamburgers the next time they came. 😂
