What are we talking about here? chain, or indie? I'm a "slice" guy myself. I like a good slice, and the best slices do not come out of Brooklyn, Brooklyn makes the best "pies". The best "slice" comes out of jersey. The funny thing about jersey slice guys is they all moved out of jersey to other states and took their slices with them. You might be surprised to learn a lot of them moved to Portland... and there is some damn good pizza in portland. "escape from NY" is the most popular... but there is a little known place down a side street that is run by Stallone's old personal chef that will make your eyes tear with a cheese slice. Another fav of mine is one many of you will be familiar with... a joint on Hollywood beach FLORIDA call ROCCOS. Hell of a slice that one.

I would say Dominoes but for some reason my local store never cooks their pan pizza properly. Its to the point where I only order their thin crust. I've talked to the manager multiple times, gotten multiple free pizzas. The dough is undercooked almost every time. So I pick Papa Johns.

We stopped ordering pan from everyone for same reason.
