Other we tried to get, but we effectively snubbed Cobb and Willis. I don't know the story with Hightower's recruitment though.

It's funny you never hear about them (aside from Oher) but then you look at these teams and see Tennessee kids playing on them and it makes you wonder where were you at Phil? Especially Willis he grew up not far from my hometown. We need these kind of players on our team. Not rival teams.

A lot of people don't know that Jim Kelly's decision came down to Miami and Tennessee. He talked about that with ABC during the '86 Sugar Bowl. Todd Blackledge's decision was between Penn State and Tennessee.

For the ones over 10 years ago, I agree. In the past 10, no we missed out. And the loss to UF was week 4.
