Saving Pvt Ryan. Don't know why, but the ending of that movie really hit me hard. My favorite movie of all time.

Gen Kill was ok.
Someone else said it, but BoB was a masterpiece. Great, great book. Book is better, even.
Blackhawk Down is good.
Hurt Locker? Heard a lot of bad things about it so I never watched it.

Uh, hello? Sergeant York? :)

Pearl Harbor?!?!?!

No offense, but are you a dude? That's a chick flick.

This Oscar winning movie features the most amazing aerial attack cinematography and battle scenes to ever be put on film. Amazing cinematography, beautiful score, and an unbelievable cast which includes..

Alec Baldwin (Oscar Nominee)
Cuba Gooding Jr. (Oscar Winner)
Ben Affleck (Oscar Winner)
Kate Beckinsale
Jennifer Garner
Jon Voight (Oscar Winner)
Michael Shannon (Oscar Nominee)
Josh Hartnett
Dan Aykroyd (Oscar Nominee)
Tom Sizemore
William Fichtner

Yes, Pearl Harbor. It's an awesome movie whether you want to call it a "chick flick" or not.

it's great you enjoy it but it's a weak war movie, especially when compared to others in this thread

It's sad with all that star power, and budget that the result is a **** movie. 5.5 on IMDB. That's pathetic. I thought I was going to see a movie that would honor those who fell at Pearl Harbor, and I ended up watching a 3 hour love triangle. I remember being angry leaving the theater.

IMDb - Pearl Harbor (2001)

5.5 is awful which would make Pearl Harbor extremely underrated IMO. I went to see it with my 1st love so I guess it may hold a special place in my heart for that reason.

The aerial attack scenes were incredible, that can't be denied.

Kind of like the King Kong vs T-Rex scene. You have to wade through 150 minutes of ****-writing to see it.
