I know people involved in the rescue and repair efforts. I've heard firsthand reports of the obstacles.

I can say, wholeheartedly, that I am embarrassed and sickened by the response of our government to this horrific disaster.

We need a full-scale reset. And I mean reset. Out them all.

Sometimes you have to start over, purge what is rotten. I've said what I said. I don't really think great detail is needed.

It would stand to reason that Republicans would be hesitant to give this administration a blank check that they can divert to illegals that they've allowed to come into this country. If the executive branch doesn't manage the money given to them by Congress then it should get harder to receive more

Money that migrants are getting is not from the same pool as disaster relief.

If we had a president, and not a brain-rotting husk in the oval office, funding could be done the expedient way with Executive Order...especially since Congress isnt in session. Try to be better.

The president has several executive orders and other tools that can be used in emergency situations, including:

  • Executive Order 10427: Administers disaster relief

I disagree. It's all coming from the same pool, FEMA. It's the Biden administration that's decided to put part of that money towards their open border policies. That means less money available for Americans when a disaster hits

Here is the problem. You lie so often and post misinformation that it is easy to dismiss what you say. That being said, You are correct that the money going to migrants was a separate fund allocated by congress. Now, what we should all be asking of our public servants is what did they spend the $30 BILLION dollars that was budgeted to Fema on.
