And the word is FEMA is currently taking over private efforts to deliver needed items and seizing them as well as donated money to organizations providing disaster relief on the ground.

I disagree. It's all coming from the same pool, FEMA. It's the Biden administration that's decided to put part of that money towards their open border policies.
