No he’s not. The Dems have known of Joe’s condition for quite a while yet they gave him the support to run for re-election. Joe quit talking unscripted to the media almost a year ago. Not until Joe put his cognitive decline on display during the debate did the Dems decide Joe couldn’t win. Joe’s not been performing the duties of POTUS, yet the folks in power who were making the decisions kept the farce going and hoped to do so for another 4 years.
