I disagree with you. Anyway if Wisconsin was to win this game they and Ohio State both would deserve to be in the playoffs which is why I believe there should be an 8 team playoff.

I think they will keep LSU at two and have Clemson at 3 to allow OSU an easier path to the championship game. LSU should be the 1 seed, but I could see the committee continuing their love affair with OSU.

Respectfully disagree. These conference championship games pretty much were the first round of playoffs. Anybody really think Utah belongs or even Wisconsin after how they played in the second half? Also, LSU throttled a Georgia team that can no longer score....they don’t deserve it either.

No, what made these games so good/interesting/anticipated this weekend was the idea that they were essentially the quarterfinal rounds of the playoffs. Now, the most deserving 4 teams get to play in the semifinal and final games to name a champion . Imho, 4 is all that’s needed and the system is working fine right now.

I agree Utah would not deserve it with the manner of the loss and in an 8 team playoff they would be unlikely to receive an at large berth.
