I’m surprised they didn’t look at that one. They could’ve used his relation to other people to figure out if he broke the plane. The ball should’ve been closer after Duggar’s run but, as another poster said, with those horribly stupid calls it probably didn’t matter. Even if you’re dumb enough to do that once it’s unbelievable that Sonny was even dumber and did it a second time!

I don't understand why you are criticizing the officials for accurately ruling it was not a touchdown and yet are silent on the decision making and playcalling from the team that lost with 2 tries inside the 1 yard line to score a TD

That’s exactly what my post was talking about. I didn’t bring it it…….the announcers did.

They all play tired. He had a good game and I have stated I know he is worn out……but he isn’t “crippled.”…….. announcers making out like the guy is crippled and making a Heisman case around that………plain DUMB.

I was in a wheelchair for YEARS. This guy running around is simply TIRED.

You’re saying his struggling to get off the field was staged and overly dramatic because he just ran around the play before then. Damn marathon runners shouldn’t pass out at the end of the race, they clearly just ran 26 miles before that, they should be able to walk without issue immediately after completing the race.

Because they screwed the spot up bad. It may not have been a TD, but they should have been trying from the inch line. Bad play calls, yes. That doesn’t mean they didn’t get screwed on the spot.

How many times have announcers talked Heisman because someone played well and they “can’t even walk”? Fact is he could walk. Fact is he did walk.

All these QBs Williams and Duggan touted as Heisman Trophy candidates. Played their hearts out but when it is all said and done Henton Hooker is the best. Since most have written him off the most consistent other than him is B Young even S Bennett.

The committee has validated the facts that they are 1) human 2) incompetent 3) political and 4) cannot follow basic Rules. Too much power without any checks and balance system or accountabilty which is the world in that we live in today. Reminds me of those idiots in Congress.
