Big 12 still doomed?

Mike Sherman is a huge joke. He was a horrible coach at green bay and sucks now. His offense is predictable, and his play calling sucks. He will get beat by tubs.

Tennessee is going to have a rough season because the roster is depleted and the talent is down. Knute Rockne couldn't win the SEC East with the current squad. That 'aint pumping sunshine. It's just a fact.

Thanks for the good laugh. You do not follow the Texas A&M football program and obviously just have some distain left over from Sherman's Green Bay years. The Aggies saw improvement from year one under Sherman (4-8) to year two (6-7, birth in Independence Bowl) and that pattern will continue. I won't be surprised at all when A&M wins nine games this season. Also, that offense that you are so quick to criticize averaged 32 points per game in 2009.

Sherman was horrible in green bay. Atleast he might be able to challenge Mack Brown

to address a few things;

Tubbs is a great hire for Tech and brings a lot of class to a town that hasnt ever had any. He was a damn fine coach at AU, and he woulda been a helluva a lot better than what yall have in Knoxville right now.

The Big12-2 is not going to last long enough to add anyone, nor should they. The 10 left are all under the impression that the end is near. We dont need to add anyone. The markets that have supported this conference, are already tuned in. Losing Denver and Lincoln did very little.

When this thing does break, I hope like hell that Baylor goes to the WAC. They'll find success in football there.

Lastly, and we have gone over this a thousand times, and I'll say it once more;

Texas does not need aTm or Oklahoma. They do however, have to play em'.

No, it is impossible to say at this stage if Tubbs would have been, in your words, a helluva lot better than what we have now. You are right though about bringing class to Lubbock. I lived in Lubbock once and it is a sleepy cow town with almost nothing there, except for the university. The people there were nice and friendly, but it isn't the most scenic, nor culturally enriching place in the country,
