I was wondering if she should anyway to kind of scare people a little if they become HOH. Would they put them up if they knew it would just waste their HOH, especially since Cody and Jess would have such a good chance at HOH the following week. They might be able to get more than just one week of safety out of it that way.
If she gave that move some thought, I'm pretty disappointed in her. Paul is an idiot if he doesn't call her on it. All he has to do is consider why would she tell us about it? and there is no foreseeable advantage to informing everyone, so she's probably trying to bluff you into not putting them up.
I honestly think it was smart to disclose. They were going to be put up anyway. Now Paul will have to decide whether he wants risk wasting HOH.

Exactly. Zero to lose by telling everyone, only another week to gain potentially.
They didn't put Paul up last week and had an arrangement with him. Paul was probably going to put them up, but you never know. Because they had the agreement, it was fairly likely Paul would have tried a back door, which means it's not a sure thing they even go on the block. Now it's a sure thing they go on the block.
Lol Paul was never going to honor any agreement silly boy. Sitting on it till you are up there isn't trying to use it to it's full potential and a safe way of playing. You don't know it's a sure thing, maybe Paul thinks twice now since they only really have to beat Alex for HOH next week, and he would 100% go up then. And if he does put them up, so what he was going to anyway. They are firmly on the outs and have nothing to lose, don't be scared homie.
IDK, man. A lot can happen in a week. Nothing is certain. Priority targets can become secondary targets in a matter of a day. They made themselves bigger targets. The bluff has no chance of working, IMO.

Wrong. It was an idiotic move. You've seen Paul's personality. She basically dared him to put them up. You think he won't oblige? Before that, he was thinking more about putting up one person from each couple, the other targeted couple being Mark/Elena. They were as caught up in the eviction blindside as Cody and Jessica. Paul's group no longer trusts them, mostly because Mark acts like Cody's little puppy dog. But Jess's mouth basically guaranteed her and Cody on the block together.
I'm feeling like the deck is stacked to force a schism in Pauls group before Cody and Jess depart. I feel like the show will pretty much suck and become unwatchable once the Cody/Jess faction is gone. Week to week it will just be sniveling floaters begging Paul not to put them up. I'm just not going to be able to watch 7 weeks of the Paul show.
