Biggest Tearjerking Scenes in Television and Movies

Anything that features pain or injury to animals, whether having to put down an animal or cruelty toward them, brings on the tears.

I also made the mistake of seeing Marley & Me like...3 months after my 16-year old Golden died. So that was smart.

That's why I refuse to watch animal movies. I don't care how happy the trailer appears. Marley and me and My Dog Skip appear to be happy movies, until you see it.

Angel The Tv show
Never knowing if Cordelia would grow to love Doyle after seeing his true demon form but also in making the ultimate sacrifice he died.
Finally Cordelia decides to say to Doyle ask me to dinner waiting not that long before the scourge would show up.
Also finding out what the scourge was responsible for a massacre.
The ultimate sacrifice is a happy and somber scene at the same time.

There are happy animal movies without death
That includes the remake of Lassie starting Helen Slater.

I'll go with two that came to mind

The end in Fireproof where Kirk Cameron's wife finally realizes that Kirk's character paid for the medical bills for her parents and that the turnaround in his life wasn't a shame.

The end of The Rookie. Where Dennis Quaid's character tosses the game ball to his father and his father says "I wasn't missing this one."

I think somebody already mentioned The Notebook.

But this scene is one of the most emotional scenes I've ever seen. Anyone who's experienced Alzheimer's knows what I mean.

Yeah but is this movie suppose to be cheesy?
Although it has a more believability so I don't think it's one of the cheesiest movies.
