I can guarantee you there are Churches in the South that hold KKK meetings. I'm aware of all the "Black Liberation" stuff. I'm not trying to sound like a bleeding-heart Liberal here, I promise. The bottom line of what I'm saying is that if you start limiting where Mosques can be built, that sounds like a major violation of the First Amendment. I don't want the things built anywhere near Ground Zero, or near where I live. I can see Ramsey's argument he made, but it'd just be hard to get around the First Amendment, which I value highly.

As a pastor of a Southern Baptist Church in Alabama, that statement is absurd! Jesus Christ died for forgiveness for "ALL" people. It doesn't matter what color their skin is. I happen to be white, and I have had black members in churches that I have pastored. There wasn't a "problem" with me or the other members at church. Any "church" that has a problem with skin color is not a church that preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

Fair point. Didn't think about that.

Not only political, it is a complete social, economic and legal system.

Our present adminsitration in Washington has spent over $23 million in Kenya, along with promises of great amounts of foreign aid, in a successful attempt to get the people to vote for a new constitution.

That new constitution enfranchises islamic sharia courts.

Advancing sharia law is one of the more prominent spearheads of the islamic political movement in their attempt of bring all the world under the domain of their authority, to be administered by a designated caliph residing in some far distant, backward place that falls under their tyrantical, mean sprited rule.

Bottom line is that we had best rethink our attitudes toward the whole problem, the sooner the better.

Most of all we need some political leaders to speak out and I applaud Ramsey for doing just that.

EXACTLY!!!

But why are we supossedly the bad guys in the equation?? We must we always be on the defensive??

In southern Sudan over the last thirty of forty years the Arab muslims slaughtered over 2 million black African Christians and went from minority to majority status.

The same thing, more or less has happened in, Lebanon, Yugoslavia and many other other countries such as Nigeria for instance.

Jihad in the name of islam has resulted in the genocide of over 10 million Christian people, regardless of skin color during the twentieth century.

Speak out against the intolerance of islam, the violent and racist teachings of the NOI and black liberation theology and immediately unthinking morons will try to apply the lables of 'racist' and 'intolerant' on anyone who so dares try to speak the truth on these matters.

Well said.

You know all you've given me to support Haslam is that he has been a ceo and that is basically what a governor does.

But what kind of ceo gouges his customers and gets a $2.6 million fine using opportunism?? (and the fine didn't go back to the people who were ripped off but to state governments.)

You say, well he wasn't the ceo when that happened??

Well did he not hire those people when he was the ceo??

Is that the kind of guys he is going to hire while he is governor??
