I’m an addict. There’s no way the Yankees amount of “winning” the last eleven years should create problems watching, unless you’re a Yankees fan.Disappointed here. Was hoping to get the latest on shoe fashion but everyone is talking about baseball. Blue Font ——anyway, baseball was my favorite sport as a kid. I watched games, listened on the radio, knew all the players and stats. Since about 2010 I haven’t even watched or followed MLB. What happened? Anyone else lose interest? Was it free agency and no team loyalty anymore? Steroids? Strikes? Too slow in the MTV era? Yankees winning too much? Not sure but I just don’t follow anymore
I played baseball until I was about 15. Lost some interest in the sport in my teen years. The current situation with MLB isn’t helping matters.Disappointed here. As soon as Billy and Co. shred the team to bits, I’ll be over it all
One more sport whoring itself out for the owners, I guess. On second thought, I may not get over this one.
I don't think I like 12 teams in the playoffs. I hate advertisement decals on the unis.
And the NL adopting the DH, which I knew was inevitable, is something that I have always said would be when I would stop caring about MLB. I will always follow the Cardinals, I am as much of a fan of them as I am the Vols, but beyond that, I will be less interested I think.
