I think that most UK fans realize that there´s a lack of overwhelming talent, although the cupboard is not bare. The question is-- Does the existing talent respect Gillispie enough to play his style of ball? The other issue with me is that I honestly don´t understand some of Gillispie´s in-game coaching and substitution decisions.

I dont know crap about Billy but if this is his first year and he is trying to impement a new coaching scheme into the Kentucky basketball program then it will take time. No way he will be an instant success.
